.fall fun recap part three: family time.

This fall was a bit crazy for Casper and I.  We were booked almost every weekend from Labor Day till now.  Between weddings, church events, and work commitments we've barely had time to see our families.  Since the Hamlet's live 6 hours from us, it's been hard to make it to Northern Michigan in the last few months... so when we can't come to them, they come to us!  The weekend of Halloween, the whole fam made the trek from Traverse City to good ole Marion to spend a weekend of fall festivities with us!  It is so nice when our family can come visit and see a little bit of our world.  I love having family in our house, and bringing the people I love to our wonderful church!  It was just AMAZING to have them all here... plus any time Corban (my sweet little nephew) is around, I'm over the moon with joy!

We first went shopping at the BEST thrift store ever! ... but no photos allowed inside the store!  Then we found our way out to Hainlin Orchard where they have apple picking, and a pumpkin patch.  We chose our pumpkins, as well as took a family photo shoot of Piper, Doug, and Corban. Then we came back to our house and had the quickest pumpkin carving ever because the light was disappearing outside!  They still turned out super cute... take a look at our fall fun:

what a cute family, right!  love you guys!
